About EmailsReport
EmailsReport was created to solve a simple but persistent problem: email conversations are hard to read once they’re shared.
Email works well for back-and-forth communication between a small group. But as soon as a conversation is forwarded, CC’d late, or shared with someone new, the structure breaks down. Messages collapse into quoted text, context is lost, and even important discussions become difficult to follow.
We built EmailsReport to fix that.

Why EmailsReport Exists
Email clients can only display proper conversation threads when each message is delivered as a real email with intact metadata. Once earlier messages are embedded as quoted text—through forwarding or late CC/BCC—that structure is permanently lost.
EmailsReport acts as an intermediary. Instead of forwarding unreadable chains, users can send or upload their email conversations to EmailsReport, which reconstructs them into a structured, readable format suitable for sharing, documentation, or long-term archiving.
